It came and went! I'm sitting in my apartment in Manly, after a crazy three days, reminiscing and going through photos of the last few days with Mark. This week has been so busy, and it's really satisfying to just sit and relax after running around in the last 72 hours.
It all started on Tuesday when a whole bunch of us went to pick up our major projects, and then seven of us travelled into Star City where we had booked a three bedroom apartment for two nights, and the view of the city from the balcony, was breathtaking.
Our view after sunset.
We had champagne and showed each other our outfits for the night, and managed to get a good night's sleep. The next day was set up for the show itself, and we managed to get the entire exhibition set up in 3 hours.
My yellow magazine, and plinth display with business cards and flowers.
Time ticked by and it was time to dress up for the show! My group and I were all dressed up and meeting family and friends later on in the night.
My lovely ladies all dressed up at the show!
My Emily-May and myself ♡
Me with my display!
Me with yellow & half of Marky!
My Grad Show girls and amazing tutor Samantha Edwards ♡
Mark and I looking a little derpy.
I was incredibly lucky to receive a bunch of flowers from my team and an award for Outstanding Excellence in Production Management!!
After the exhibition a whole bunch of us went to a place called the Rabbit Hole Bar and had a few celebratory drinks. This was the favourite of the night:
It's called a Shrubbery, and it is a-maz-ing.
It has been such an amazing night, and seeing the final works of the year was really inspiring. It makes me so excited for the coming months and the big changes that are happening along the way.
I'll be posting a weekly wrap with more photos from the week super soon!
Stay tuned~
